Cleaning & disinfecting protocols.

Professionally cleaned every night to CDC guidelines, with HEPA filtration throughout the school and materials sanitized all day long.

Every day in the classroom

Classrooms are fully stocked with cleaning products that follow EPA and CDC guidelines for disinfecting materials and surfaces.
Each morning, teachers complete all required cleaning supply checks and re-stock their classrooms.
Teachers regularly clean and disinfect classroom materials throughout the day.
Students only use materials that have been properly cleaned.
Common areas, doorknobs, desks and other shared areas are disinfected throughout the day.

Every night and every week

The school is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected every night in strict accordance with CDC regulations.
Professional cleaners clean and disinfect the school on our guideline-driven schedule.
A High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration system continuously cleans and circulates indoor air for healthier breathing.
Cleaning supply inventory is reviewed and replenished every week.

Healthy hygiene

Student hand washing

All students are taught how to properly wash their hands.
Upon arrival, while using materials, entering and exiting rooms, before and after meals, and after using the restroom.

Staff hand washing

Upon arrival, after handling materials, entering and exiting rooms, before and after meals, toileting or changing diapers, and before and after cleaning.
Teachers maintain the hand washing hygiene of all students.

Hand sanitizer

Alcohol-based sanitizers with 60% or more alcohol are installed throughout the school.
Used when hand washing stations are not easily accessible, such as opening doors or turning lights on and off.

Staff hygiene

Staff follow all CDC guidelines for hand washing and healthy physical hygiene, even outside of school.

Healthy hygiene signage

CDC and DOH signage throughout the school covers hand washing, sanitation protocols, diaper changing guidelines and an illness checklist.

Health & immunization records

Staff and students provide state mandated health forms before on-boarding.
Parents provide immunization records showing their child is up to date on all vaccinations prior to enrollment.
