Admissions & tour process
Four simple steps.
- 1Submit the inquiry formOnce you submit the form, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a tour.
- 2Tour the schoolWe require all prospective families to tour before applying. You will see our Montessori environment in action and speak with a member of our team. We highly recommend bringing your child; if your child does not attend, we may invite you back for a brief observation.
- 3Determining fitAfter your tour, take some time to discuss as a family. Our team will also reflect on your child’s needs, our observations, your family’s goals, and how well these align with our Montessori approach.
- 4Invitation to registerIf we believe the program is a good fit, you will be invited to submit the enrollment form and pay a non-refundable registration fee. This fee secures your child’s place, or adds them to our waitlist if no immediate openings are available.

What is Montessori?
Montessori teaching is a method of immersive and comprehensive learning. Developed more than a century ago and used in over 100 countries, it is cross-disciplinary and enables children to learn life skills alongside and in cooperation with children of multiple ages.
How do you keep parents involved?
We use a user-friendly app called Brightwheel. Teachers capture daily activities through photos and videos with detailed descriptions of your child’s experiences, so you can stay connected and actively participate in your child’s educational journey.
Each classroom has its own phone extension, every teacher has an email address, and each classroom has a direct message box in Brightwheel for seamless communication between teachers and families.
How do you keep things clean?
Our facility and classroom materials are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily, following EPA and CDC guidelines. A professional cleaning company attends to all surfaces, floors, carpets, common areas and restrooms each evening.
Our infant and toddler classrooms use a meticulous 3-bin system, and our staff sanitizes tabletops and day-to-day materials throughout the day.
What kind of food do you offer?
We directly manage the food we serve and ensure it is organic and fresh. Children receive a lunch and two snacks each day.
